Yogurt

As a vegetarian I am asked quite often “What do you eat?” Most people have a hard time grasping the idea of eliminating part of a food group. One thing I eat everyday and will make a trip to HEB if needed is Greek Yogurt. Yogurt is generally thought of as a healthy food, but Greek Yogurt takes yogurt to a new level. In the process of making Greek Yogurt more of the whey is strained and it’s thick, creamy and delicious. Add a few berries if you like. This is what I like most about Greek Yogurt in addition to the taste. One serving has 20 grams a protein for about 120 calories. Mine is fat free. It’s dessert.
