One of my friends at the health club mentioned reading "The Life You Want" by Bob Green so I decided to look into it as well. While it is an easy to read book with a certain amount of compassion and understanding, Bob Green has a let’s get down to business approach.
#1. He is very clear about what it takes to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
#2. Eating more than is needed might be eating for emotional reasons which translates to trying to fill an emptiness other than an empty stomach with food.
#3. He has a zero tolerance for excuses. Don’t even go there. He’s heard them all.
If you are looking for good motivational reading with practical advice to get your summer off to a healthy start or to help you stay on the right path, try this one. It’s worth the money.
