End of the Month

The Succeed Foundation Body Image survey was based on responses from 320 women in Britain ages 18-65. You might find the results interesting. Thirty percent of those surveyed would trade one year of life to be at their ideal weight. Over 10% would exchange the same for $8,300.00. Nearly 50% remembered being ridiculed for their weight and over 93% had negative feelings about their appearance the week before the survey. I find this believable even though trading a year of life is a little much. Focusing on the positive and dealing with the physical road blocks is a beter way to live. If you beat yourself up because of weight, stop it! Do something about it or let it go.
