Journaling Yet Again

A study conducted from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center supports three suggestions for successful weight lose.

1.  Keep a food journal. In this study women who kept a food journal lost on the average 6 pounds more.

2.  Avoid skipping meals.  Women who skipped meals lost 8 pounds less than those who did not.

3.  Don't eat out at lunch. Those who ate lunch out even twice a week lost an average of 5 pounds less that those who ate out less frequently.

The most important of the three is to journal if weight is an issue. Lead researcher Ann McTeranan finds that journaling  honestly, completely, accurately and consistently bring, results.
