It will offer you ideas and information to creating a better eating plan with consideration of your lifestyle. There are some things in life that are beyond our control, but we do have control over what food we eat. If you have never given it a thought, start by learning to read the nutrition labels on the foods that you buy. One Mother I know shops with school age children and makes it their job to read the information to her as she shops. My parents' doctor said to them just today that a lot of younger people are getting themselves into trouble for the future because they aren't paying attention to what they are eating now. He's right. Think of food as medicine and you will realize that some of it is not worth the co-pay!
