Age Strong, Live Long!

In 1963, President Kennedy dedicated the month of May to older adults. In recognition of older adults every year, the Administration of Aging establishes a national theme to honor older adults. The theme for this year says so much. “Age Strong! Live Long!”. Older adults help others to understand the past and teach valuable lessons of faith, courage, perseverance, and love simply through their daily lives. Just ask one what life was like in their years of growing up. While it has been my observation that sometimes they get pushed to the side due to lack of patience and genuine concern, the older adults I work with inspire others (including each other) everyday.
