CPR

For several years now the American Heart Association has supported "hands only CPR".  Each year approximately 31,000 people have cardiac arrest outside of hospital care.  Only about 6% of those survive while approximately 89%  experiencing the same while in medical care survive.  More people will survive if family members or by-standers will do two things.

1.    Call 911 or instruct someone else to do so. Be authoritative!

2.    Administer chest compressions at the rate of 100 per minute.

Remember if such happens in the Wal-Mart parking lot, there is no need to wait for the manager. To find out more, search “hands only CRP” on the internet. You will find so much information complete with pictures. You will be ready to act!
