I have been known to share a few tips to help get you out of a rut and into the gym more often. You know tips like keep an apple close by for a mid-afternoon energy break or lay your workout clothes out the night before as a reminder to exercise. Well forget laying out the clothes! Here's a tip that might just be the thing for you. Constance reported by way of Facebook that she sleeps in her workout clothes! The next morning all that is needed are shoes before walking out the door. Hey, I don't care if you sleep in your workout clothes. You're not in my bed so if it works, just do it!
