Sunday morning is my favorite time to read. We always arrive at Church an hour before the service. The peaceful and calming atmosphere of the Sanctuary provides a beautiful place to read. This is especially with a book such as "Peace, Love and Healing" by Bernie Siegel, M.D. Some of you have most likely read some of his works.
"Peace, Love and Healing" is not so much about curing the illness, as it is healing the spirit. It's about changing the body by changing the mind. It is about the patient being a great healer and in the end the healing comes through love. It is about the realization that if we are going to love, there are no exceptions. We must love everyone.
