Here we are less than 2 weeks before Christmas. Some of you are ready such that if it came tomorrow all you would have to do is roll out of bed. Some are still working on the list. For a few the stress is mounting. Since we are well aware that stress comes from good and bad sources, we are always dealing with stress. It's just the bad that usually gets to us. Some of you are dealing with “life” issues that last Christmas you would have never dreamed possible. I am truly sorry and will keep you in my prayers.
Let me share my tip #4. Look at your list and if there is something there that is not bringing you joy, maybe it is time to let it go. If you dread decorating the Christmas tree mark it off the list. Let someone else do it and enjoy theirs. Christmas will still come. Find ways to handle stress from the reasonable situations. Otherwise you might wake up on Christmas morning with a migraine. (I can tell you all about it.) Take some time for the things that bring you peace.
