End of the Month

I started a new class, "Group Strength Training", this month at one of the clubs where I teach. It has been several years since I had the opportunity to teach this format. I have really enjoyed it. We work for almost an hour and focus on everything. There are so many reasons to lift weights. I could list a bunch right off the top of my head and come with even more with a little thought. My favorite was summed up by one of my participants last week at the end of our first month. She said, "I already feel stronger". Strong women are strong women!
