30 days

Let's talk about #20 (Dec. 31 blog) a little more. As we get into 2012, I am hearing about 30 day challenges from Yoga studios and fitness facilities. I challenged one of my friends and personal training clients to journal online with for 30 days. Losing weight is not always the issue with journaling. The best part of journaling is the clarity we gain about the food we eat and 30 days is enough time to get a clear picture of day-to-day habits. If you have been unsuccessful losing weight, the evidence is in clear view or if your diet is unbalanced, that becomes just as obvious. Are you up to my challenge? 30 days! Let me know what you think.
