Goals

We have had a rough week as a family which includes our extended family.  Hopefully all of our plans will come together tomorrow and the healing will begin. I know there are a lot of things in life concerning health that are beyond  control.  At the same time we have the opportunity every day to work towards wellness.  As little as 30 minutes of exercise a day and eating good nutritious healthy foods moves you in the right direction . I am reminded of a quote: "Eventually your lifestyle choices will catch up with you." Think about where you are and if needed create some goals for yourself.  When your lifestyle choices catch up with you, make sure the good is there to support you.  I have often heard that until you write down a goal, it is a just a wish, but when you write it down, it becomes a goal. Write it down!
