The Blame Game

It is easy to blame someone else when things don't go as planned.  Honestly, some times it does work that way.  However, when it comes to the shape we're in, the responsibility is with each of us. If you are over the age of 2 and smart enough to read this, no one is putting the spoon in your mouth or pushing you back on the sofa. I have written before that the people we associate with have an influence in the way we eat or how committed we are to exercise.  I don't think any of us are going to ditch our friends over fitness and I would hate to think of someone letting go of my friendship. If you are playing the blame game with those extra pounds, it might be time to let that go. Food is everywhere. The truth is that the person across the table has nothing to do with what is on your plate.
