Fitness has been a large part of my life for over 25 years first as a group exercise instructor in
Corpus Christi and now as a
personal trainer and instructor.
While I enjoy teaching a variety
of formats and training clients of all ages, my focus is to help others find healthy solutions through nutrition and exercise.
