Texas Rain

I have thought many times and even voiced that in order for our needs for water in South Texas to be satisfied, it would probably involve such magnitudes of rain that others would be in harms way.  That's exactly what happened.  Even if you are not from our area you have most likely seen pictures of Dallas and Houston and closer to our home, Wimberely. The governor said this morning that while there are no hard numbers on how many lives have been lost and how many are missing, lives have been lost and the devastation and destruction is unbelievable. In the midst of the destruction it is heartwarming to see on Facebook the communication of the volunteers organized in more than 25 teams just in Wimberley. Please keep residents and volunteers in these areas in your prayers.
